Answer: Both terms refer to the Nazi plan for the mass murder of European Jews.

Explanation:

Today, the term Holocaust refers to the genocide against the European Jews committed by Nazi regime and its collaborators during World War II. According to the estimates, around six million Jews were murdered between 1941 and 1945. The Nazis believed that Jewish race is inferior to the Germans, and thus Jews should be systematically murdered.

The Final Solution, or the Final Solution of the Jewish Question bears the same meaning as the Holocaust. The only difference is that the Final Solution is an euphemism used by Hitler and Nazi leaders. This term refers to the Nazi plan for the mass murder of Jews.
