Well (b) was the tick that really made the whole was start because France was already on edge so when the Bastille was stormed that's when the war was kicked off
(E) mostly because so many family lines with important people in France were killed so that created a lot of dispute
(H) because France had a king then this war hero said he was gonna rule and the people mostly novels were not okay with that
