birth control pills were prohibited for single women until 1967

women were not allowed to vote nor work during the 1700s and 1800s

they weren't allowed to show "skin" either they couldn't wear bathing suits,

they weren't allowed to own credit cards or even spending their own money in public.

they couldn't smoke nor drink (until the 1920s where they started to)

they weren't allowed to serve on jury until the "sex disqualification removal act" in 1919

prices were much more higher for women it would be 18 per cent or more for them

they weren't allowed to work or keep their job while pregnant until the passage of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978.

they weren't allowed to even serve on combat until 2013 but they weren't allowed to be in front lines

it was very difficult to get a divorce until 1969

and soooo many more, hoped it helped :D

How did the development of coined money change trade?
Musya8 [376]
Fairly sure the answer is: It allowed people to buy and sell goods in a wider market.
Think about it: without coins, people had to barter with mostly short-term goods, but coins held value over time and most people would accept it as payment. However, if you had to use, say, carrots, the guy you're trying to buy lettuce from may not need/want carrots, but he can use those coins to buy what he DOES need.
Hope I helped!
