How did the stalemate in korea impact the us political scene?

History

The stalemate in Korea left us in a position of limbo. We couldn't advance, as it would further aggravate the high tensions between the us and the Chinese (and the USSR). We also couldn't leave as this would make South Korea vulnerable and they would be easily conquered. We had to stay if only to help keep a watchful eye and the peace.

How did the growth of American cities affect social, cultural, and political life?
trapecia [35]

Answer:

Generally cities cause people to become more liberal, have a social hierarchy, and promote the general abundance of transportation.

Explanation:

Socially, you can have tenements form, races can self and forcefully segregate, and people tend to become more liberal with exposure to other races.

Cultural is kind of related. People tend to clump into ideological groups (if you can give me the context of the question I can better answer).

Political life, like I said they tend to become more liberal. If your question is centered around the 1920's you could discuss child labor laws.

How did the antifederalists present their arguments against ratification
TiliK225 [7]
<span>Many of the Anti-Federalists wrote articles against the ratification under pseudonyms such as Centinel, Brutus and Federal Farmer. Some of them came forward publicly against the ratification, an example being Patrick Henry. The efforts of the Anti-Federalists were not enough to prevent the ratification of the Constitution of the United States, but they managed to push for the creation and implementation of the Bill of Rights, which guaranteed protection for the rights of all citizens.
