Answer:

1st photo uses rule of third which gives the picture more dimension and makes it more interesting.

2and photo has the subject right in the centre which is a little boring and very "in your face"

Alsso, the 1st has a guide for viewer to follow. if you look at the pathway, it allows us to guide our eyes toward the car which might be the second important subject in the photo.

However, the 2and photo doesnt have that much depth.

Lastly, the person in the first photo is not directly facing the camera, this allows the viewers to wonder what she is doing etc. this space for imagination makes it a better photo than the 2nd where the girl is staring directly at the camera.
