Boris is best suited to be a Petroleum Engineer, Jody is best suited to be a Meter Reader, Mona is best suited to be a Pump Operator, and Boyd is best suited to be a Stationary Engineer.

Explanation:

Boris is best suited to be a Petroleum engineer because he has a higher qualification(Bachelor's degree) than others. He completed a course of study in a University usually between a period of three to seven years. Therefore this qualifies him for the position of a Petroleum Engineer.

The others have a high school diploma with some years of experience in their field. Probably, they went to a technical school to get some training and went further for apprenticeship to gain some experience.
