Answer/ Explanation:

Punnett squares attached.

1. A.The punnett square shows the cross between two Ff heterozygous plants. The resulting plants are 25% FF, 50% Ff and 25% ff. This means that there are 25% red, 50% pink, 25% white.

B. In a population of 200 plants, we would expect 50 red, 100 pink, and 50 white.

2. A. The punnett square shows a cross between two Zz heterozygous mice.

B. If there is a phenotype missing from the offspring, we can assume that for some reason the genotype is lethal. That means that we can't see any with the phenotype because none of them survive past birth. Therefore, the third coat colour could be lethal.

4. Punnett square attached.

Genotype of a heterozygous black coated rabbit is CBc

Genotype of a homozygous white coated rabbit is CWCW

The genotypes and phenotypes of the offspring are CBCW (black and white spotted), CWc (white), CBCW (black and white spotted), CWc (white)

5. Punnett square attached.

Lets say that the hemophilia allele is h and the normal allele is H. Mrs Eryth is XHXh, Mr Eryth is XHY. The genotypes and phenotypes of their children are: XHXH (normal non-carrier female), XHXh (normal but carrier female), XHY (normal male), XhY (affected male)

What does a lagoon look like?
Firlakuza [10]

Answer:

If you have been to Venice (Italy), you have seen lagoons. In fact, the world lagoon is derived from a latin word laguna.

Principally, a lagoon is shallow water body which has been separated from the main water body due to sandbars, barrier islands, coral reefs, etc. However, sometimes, they includes other terms too such as bays, estuaries, sounds, or even lakes. They are of two types, i.e. Coastal Lagoons and Atoll Lagoons. In the figure attached, you can see how a lagoon looks like.
