The War with Sadaam in Kuwait was viewed as a major success. The USSR fell in 91, which was a huge help to stop the spread of communism. The pollution thing I'm not so sure about, but most of the time, if the economy is bad, the pres is blamed, and in 91-92, the economy was bad.
<h3>In my opinion I think that freedom of speech and equality are really important because for speech people can express them selves in any way that they want, and equality because that gets rid of racism and men treating women as a lower class. I think the least important human right is having a home because you make choices throughout your life life that affect that also the right of privacy.
