Since both of the fractions have different denomenators, we need to make them have a common denomenator.
least common multiple of 5 and 3 is =5x3=15
So, 15 is the common denomenator

\frac{2X3}{5X3} = \frac{6}{15}
\frac{1X5}{3X5} = \frac{5}{15}
\frac{6}{15} - \frac{5}{15} = \frac{6-5}{15} = \frac{1}{15}
