Answer: Garden = 36 ft², Path = 64 ft²

Step-by-step explanation:

Path is 3 ft wide ON EACH SIDE of the garden

Garden + 2(Path) = 10 ft   --> Garden = 6 ft wide.

Since the garden is a square, Area = 6² = 36

Garden + 2(Path) = 10 ft

Since the Garden + Path form a square, Area = 10² = 100

Area of Garden + Area of Path = Total Area

         36             + Area of Path =      100

                              Area of Path =      64

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ASAP!?? I RLLY NEED THIS
Sindrei [870]

Answer:

109 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we can see that the line on the top, the one across the yellow box, is the main one, and that one measures 180*, so that means that we have to just subtract 180 by 71, and that will be our answer!

180-71 =109

So, the angle of the missing angle is 109 degrees.

Another proof that this is your answer is that 109 degrees is obtuse, and we can easily say that the angle here is also obtuse.

Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

Answer:

108 cm^2

Discussion:

The area of the logo =

area of Trapezoid on top (I) + area of triangle on bottom (II)

I  = (1/2) h ( b1 + b2)            h = altitude, b1, b2 = bases

  = (1/2)  6  ( 6  + 12)

  = (1/2) 6 ( 18)

  = 54

II  = (1/2) b h

   = (1/2) (12) ( 15 - 6)               => altitude of triangle = 15 - 6 NOT (1/2) 15

   =  54

I + II= 54 + 54 = 108

Thank you,

MrB
