How far should scientists go to modify humans through genetic engineering

English
1 answer:
MatroZZZ [7]3 years ago
8 0

This really depends on your personal thoughts and opinions because the question has to do with morals and ethics, which are highly subjective qualities.

Some people are completely in favor of genetic engineering and want to see how far it can go - what exactly we can change in our babies, or even ourselves through genetic engineering and other types of modification. Although there are considerable limits at this particular moment, in the future, these modifications will only improve until the imaginable is possible.

On the other hand, there are people who are completely against this, thinking that if we play God, we will have to pay the price. They believe that it is for the best to let nature run its course and not fiddle with it ourselves because the end result might be catastrophic.

It all boils down to what you personally think about the subject because everyone is different.

According to Auden's "Musée des Beaux Arts," who understands human suffering?
notsponge [240]
The subject of the poem is that all inclusive lack of care to human enduring causes disaster and agony. Auden endeavors to feature the results of such brutal conduct through the symbolism of his ballad. Written in an honest, basic style, Auden's sonnet is a great deal more open than a large portion of the other significant ballads of the present day time frame. Limit and direct, this style highlights the aloofness of mankind all the more.
