Yes! This seems like a strong enough claim just make sure to back it up with evidence. You can also include how they are a form of entertainment while learning at the same time and could benefit auditory and visual learners.

1. The house is abandoned as nobody has lived there for years. The rooms are full of old junk and they are very dirty. In fact the building is in ruins and it's dangerous to go to the house.
