Explanation:

It is NOT B. Because Jmile was supposed to make a summary of what happened during the meeting. Jamile wrote almost EVERY comment that each student council member had said. You want to know why B. doesn't make any sense? It says he was supposed to write a brief summary. Taking too long to read the summary isn't really logical. But A.- It isn't sufficiently brief or C.- Include minor details makes sense. And to be honest I think I'm going to go with A. It makes a little more sense to me. Good Luck!
