While defining the classes in histogram, we keep in mind that if we have a relatively small set of data, we use around five classes. If the data set is relatively large, then we use around 20 classes.
Here, there is 30 data set given, so we can apply the option D to create a histogram as it will show the exact frequencies between the points.
