How fast coffee dissolves in hot?
kodGreya [7K]

Answer:

Coffee doesn't "dissolve" in hot water. But the water does extract color and flavor from the grounds, and that is the resulting coffee. But unless you are using instant coffee, the grounds must be separated from the fluid, or you end up with Texas Range coffee. It doesn't matter if you are using drip, perk, or French Press, the grounds are removed from the final liquid.

What does grass likely symbolize in these lines from the poem? A child said What is the grass? fetching it to me with full hands
djverab [1.8K]
I think this poem illustrates that process of meaning making as an individual action of inquiry that is also open to the reader. The poem begins so directly with that question coming from the child. Whitman tells us, I don’t know what it is any more than he does, but then proceeds to spend the rest of the poem telling us what it is. So having announced his position of ignorance, he is now open to the generation of possibilities. And that ‘I guess,' ‘I guess,' ‘or,' ‘or,' provides a wonderful way of allowing one figure to be posited and another one to enter without canceling out the preceding one, allowing more layers and more possibilities, something that Elizabeth Bishop does interestingly too.

In a persuasive speech to gain ____________, the speaker's goal is to convince the audience that a given policy is desirable wit
maw [93]

Passive agreement.

In a persuasive speech to gain passive agreement, the speaker's goal is to convince the audience that a given policy is desirable without encouraging the audience to take action in support of that policy.

A speech to obtain passive agreement attempts to persuade the audience that a particular policy is beneficial while without urging the audience to take action in support of that policy.

What is Persuasive Speech?

The form of speaking in which most individuals participate is persuasive speaking. This style of discourse might range from debating over politics to discussing what to eat for dinner.

Persuasive speaking is strongly related to the audience because the speaker must meet the audience halfway. Obviously, the speaker does not have complete control over persuasion; persuasion happens when an audience agrees with what the speaker says.

As a result, persuasive speaking necessitates special attention to audience analysis.

“Burning a book” by William Stafford
Aleksandr-060686 [28]

For number 1, the answer is A because this poem talks about how it is so dissappointing that people are not reading and thus he burns the books because it is a lesser evil.

For number 2, I am not quite sure. I was never too good at that in English.
