Answer:

read below :)

Explanation:

The Warsaw Ghetto Uprising began in April 1943 in the midst of World War II. As residents of the ghetto in Warsaw resolved to revolt before they would be sent into death and forced labor camps.

The Jews managed it to arm with a significant amount of weapons to fight the German, who were numerous in soldiers and weapons.

For over a month, heavy resistance took place until Himmler sent SS forces to crush any possiblity of escaping.

Tanks and heavy artillery came, destroying bunkers where many ghetto residents were hiding, the result was a inhumane killing of most of civilians and few survivors were left only to be executed thereafter

Warsaw’s Great Synagogue was destroyed in order to humilliate and communicate a message to anyone that would dissobey the Nazi regime.

Estimates of how many people did actually survived are not still clear, since most of them would later fall in the hands of the Germans as they escaped.

The correct answer is D; People that are under arrest must be read their rights by law enforcement.

Further Explanation:

When a person is arrested, no matter the age, they must be read their Miranda rights. This informs the person being arrested that they have the right to remain silent and that they can have an attorney. If the person being arrested is not read their Miranda rights, the charges can be dismissed in a trial.

Any type of confession that is given without the rights being read can void that confession in a court of law. The Supreme Court ruled in this case in 1966.

nevsk [136]

Answer:

Human rights also guarantee people the means necessary to satisfy their basic needs, such as food, housing, and education, so they can take full advantage of all opportunities. Finally, by guaranteeing life, liberty, equality, and security, human rights protect people against abuse by those who are more powerful.
