Parallelism refers to the usage of the same form throughout a sentence or a list of phrases. You can see that A, B, and D all have the same form in all of these examples, whereas in C they vary.</span>
He was a high ranking Roman Army Officer. He's important because he, with all his great power and ability to command, was very humble and very faithful in Christ's power. Perhaps I'm using the wrong word, but don't forget the centurion recognized power before anything. He is remarkable because he did not respond exclusively to power. He responded to his understanding of faith.

Students should be able to use their phones for two reasons. The first being to be able to communicate with others better. If students were given their phones, they would be more aware of their surroundings and better able to adapt to new things. The second reason students would benefit from phone use is in case of emergencies. If there is any type of accident or emergency, students should be able to use their phones to contact authorities, parents, and friends.
