The best description of Kenneth, based on this excerpt is, He is trying to convince Xavier to sell the farm.

Answer: Option B

Explanation:

The passage is a conversation between Xavier and Kenneth where Xavier is unhappy with his grandmother’s idea of him being a farmer. So he expresses his concern with Kenneth.

From the excerpt we can see that it was Xavier who was speaking most of the time, while Kenneth was simply relaxed and he didn’t interact much.

It was only at the end of the conversation when Kenneth gives an idea to Xavier that apart from farming, one thing which he can do is to sell it.

Kenneth in a way is trying to assure Xavier that he don’t need to farm if he don’t feel like, just sell the farm and his problem will be solved.

What kind of conflict is typical of multicultural literature?
yarga [219]
The answer would be letter c which is the disagreements with parents. It is because people who usually writes multicultural literature are those people who are from an immigrant family. They were able to bring out or tell stories about the conflict happening to one's family, such as disagreements with the siblings or parents in scenarios that could be related.

The danger of a single story
do you agree with Adichie? why?
AleksandrR [38]
The speech, Danger of a Single Story, was about how stereotypes, or single stories, can be the only definition of people. Adichie was an Nigerian woman that was stereotyped as “not being able to cook” and stuff.

I agree with Adichie because stereotypes are very common, even today. A single story becomes the only story, and people often want to have their own identity, not be judged based on looks or how they act.
