Sharing an apartment with a family member (or two) can be both a relief and a cause of stress. In the end, your experience living with a family roommate depends largely on the character of that family member and you. If you get along with the family member, you may find living with him or her much more comfortable than living with a stranger or even a friend. When you know and trust a family member who lives with you, you can be yourself around your roommate and you probably won’t have to worry about stolen items or finding out your roommate is a different person to live with than he or she is to hang out with. If you’re living with a sibling, a cousin or even a parent, it’s easy to fall into the habit of falling behind in your payments. After all, “families stick together,” so some irresponsible apartment dwellers might believe their family roommate can cover a “month or two” of rent payment, which turns into a few months more. Too afraid to cause family drama, the responsible roommate let him or herself be taken advantage of.

Pt 2.</h2>
Strong and positive family relationships are enjoyable for their own sake – it just feels good to be part of a warm and loving family.
But positive family relationships are important for lots of other reasons too. They:
- help children feel secure and loved, which gives them confidence to explore their world, try new things and learn
- make it easier for your family to solve problems, resolve conflict and respect differences of opinion
- give children the skills they need to build healthy relationships of their own.

A bacon should never be defrosted on a kitchen counter or at a room temperature because this can lead to food poisoning, as their would be a growth of bacteria. The bacon should be placed in the sink with a grate unopened and a cold water run consistently over it for about thirty minutes. The water should be flowing and not soaking the package in the water.
The bacon can also defrost in the microwave but it should not be left unattended to avoid melting of plastic. Bacon can also be left in the fridge but that is a slower way of thawing but very safe.
Tom Buchannan is a wealthy business man who comes from a well-to-do family from the MidWest. He is married to Daisy and has a daughter yet seems to care little for them due in large part to the fact that he cheats on his wife with Myrtle, is physically abusive to his wife, and barely shows affection toward his daughter. When Tom learned that Daisy was beginning a relationship with Gatsby, he found out as much information as he could about Gatsby and then called him out on all of the illegal things that he was into right in front of Daisy in order to ruin any possible relationship that Gatsby might have had with her.
George Wilson is a poor man who owns a gas station in the Valley of Ashes. He is described in the novel as being "anemic" looking and "barely alive". He seems to have no personality and does not even realize that his wife is having an affair until he finds a dog collar in her room. When George learns about this affair, he decides they are going to move out west and then when he thinks that she was having an affair with Gatsby (and thinks that Gatsby killed her) he walks all the way to Gatsby's house and shoots him and then kils himself.
These two men are similar in that they suppress their feelings for their wives until something goes wrong. At that point, both men are then willing to fight for their wives and do what is necessary to get them back or get back at someone for hurting her.
