What are the characteristics of SMART goals? Ryan is overweight and decides to lose ten pounds in a week. He decides to run five
Zepler [3.9K]

Hello!! Personally, I would say that his goal is achievable, meaning he could achieve it, but it's simply not realistic. Losing 10 lbs in a week is dangerous to the body, since it is that quickly, therefore I would say that it is not realistic.

I hope I have helped. Have a great night and a Happy New Year!!

How do essential amino acids differ from non-essential amino Acids?
BartSMP [9]
Essential amino acids differ from non-essential amino acids because essential amino acids cannot be made by the body, but instead, you must get them from your diet (your eating habits). On the other hand, non-essential amino acids are created by the body. You need both amino acids in order for the body to build the wide variety of proteins it needs to survive. Hope this helped and have a great day!
