add the 5+4 and you get 9 then we're going to take that 7 and add the 9 and 7 so that gives us 16 now the 11² so that means we are doing 11 two times i think so then 11 times 2 is 22 take that 16 and subtract so 22 take away 16 is 5 now idk what to do with the (4) and (3) at the bottom i hope this helped and i think this is what you have to do if not please tell me what grade this is so i know
