The author's purpose (to me) is to showing the terror that the British were causing during and after the Boston Massacre. He/She was trying to connect you with the feelings of confusion and the feeling of control. (This is my opinion, it may not be correct but it is what I feel the author's point is.)
It’s called voter fraud and it’s illegal to vote more than one time and the government can take illegal action against it and maybe they used it so the Candidate can win
According to the passage, the possible trade-offs for consumers in return for reduced pollution, are that sport utility vehicles and pickup trucks will be forced to meet stricter standards as passenger cars for the first time meaning that the purchase cost of those vehicles would increase, as well as the fact that all gasoline prices will be increased. This means that for the consumers, the price point to run a car or purchase a sports vehicle or pickup truck will be increased.
Maybe more people im pretty sure this is right.
