First you do 5x20=100 then you need to find out what is the closes thing to 217 so you do 3x40=120 then you subtract 3 from 120 to get 117. Then you take that 20 pictures and the 39 from the 40 then subtracting 1 then do 20+39=59. Which means they sold 59 tickets

First you would multiple 5 × 20 which equals $100 then you would subtract $217 by $100 and you would get 39 tickets and then you would add your twenties tickets and your 39 tickets together to get your answer which is 59 tickets.

What is the slope of the line?y−3=5(x−2)
Ksju [112]

Answer:

5

Step-by-step explanation:

[ y - 3 = 5(x - 2) ] is written in point slope form [ y - y1 = m(x - x1) ] where (x1, y1) = any given points and m = slope. Looking at the equation, m = 5, so that is the slope.

Solution to the system of equation -6x+y=-3 and 7x-y=3
djverab [1.8K]

Answer:

X = 0

Y = -3

Step-by-step explanation:

In this situation you would choose elimination.

-6x+y=-3

7x-y=3

---------------

x = 0

plug back in to find y

(-6)(0) + y = -3

0 + y = -3

y = -3

plug in to other equation for double check

7(0) - (-3) = 3

0 + 3 = 3

3 = 3

Hope this helps
