the narrator is Paul Laurence Dunbar.
Paul Laurence Dunbar is one of the most widely known- and probably one of the best- poets to write in dialect. My favorite poem of his is without qualification The Poet and His Song (a poem written in Standard English), yet every time I read one of his dialect poems (or any such poem for that matter) I’m always moved in a way that doesn’t happen with Standard English reads. Explanation:
I am what most people call a liberal, enlightened thinkers who wish for humankind to evolve in a better way both in knowledge and morals. Although i do not belive in god I do not go out of my way to disprove his existence or tell anyone else otherwise. Im a strong beliver in human rights for ALL humans which is a topic that sets us apart from republicans who are more conservative and racist. In my opinion, it is the wish of republicans to set back this country based on flawed logic and values that dehumanizes honest people everywhere.

The media is something that pretty much everyone in modern day has. Whether it's a phone or computer, we're surrounded by it. The relies on the information provided by it because well why not? Everyone else believes it, so I might as well believe it too! People tend to follow the crowd and the same occurs when it comes to values and beliefs on relationships.
One may change the way they view this because of an article they read that maybe a hundred other people read or agreed with. They can see the reasons and evidence given, even if it is unreliable, outlets make it look real. This makes the person put their trust into it, and change the way they think. Outlets and such aren't the only cause as other social media apps can have an affect on the mind as well.
