The thirteenth amendment was the one that oficially abolish the slavery in US soil and the unwilling servitude, maintaining this only for the inmates.

It was proposed to different legislatures around the country during January of 1865 by the US Congress and ratified on December of that same year by the third quarters of the states. A detailed that called my atention was that the state of Mississippi ratified this in the year 1995.

 Thirteenth Amendment:

“Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

To the African American people the ratification of the thirteenth amendement meant that they were oficially free from the slavery, before this they had only the Lincoln´s emancipation procalamation but this ruled only for the 11 confederated states that stood against the Union during the Civil War.

How did the assassination of Martin Luther King effect society as a whole?
timofeeve [1]
It affected the society because Martin Luther King was a very good leader who wasn't afraid of advocating for human rights, especially Black people human rights. When he got killed, that affected the society because people feared that if they advocated for people rights, they would get shot and killed just as MLK did.

Have a nice day! :)

leonid [27]

Both the samurai and knights generally fought on horseback.

 • The Samurai armors were made of metal and was put together with leather and silk.
 • The armor was made in a way so that samurai can move freely using their swords.
 • The knights armor were made of steel plate and were very popular during the 15th century.
 • According to researchers, the knights armors weighed 30 to 50 kilograms.
 • To run or fight the knights have to use twice the amount of energy from normal soldier with no armor.
 • For a knight it will be most trouble if he was knocked from his horse or his horse was killed.

Thus we can conclude that the answer will be the knight as their armor is heavy compared to Samurai.

The telegram was considered perhaps Britain's greatest intelligence coup of World War I and, coupled with American outrage over Germany's resumption of unrestricted submarine warfare, was the tipping point persuading the U.S. to join the war
