The correct answer is - Turkic.

The Ottoman Empire was founded partially on the basis of the previously fallen Seljuk Empire. There were multiple different Turkic tribes in Anatolia, and they were not in the best of relations between each other, but then the Ottoman Turks started to invade and incorporate the other Turkic tribes in their expanding territory. They managed to organize and unify the multiple different Turkic tribes and thus formed the Ottoman Empire, which in very short space of time became of the the greatest empires in the world.
