ASAP. Is gym is nessasarry, give me reasons and gives me reasons why the gym isn't.

Why it is: So you dont get overweight.

You stay healthy

Working keeps you mentally healthy

Why its not: Sometimes you have to pay too much to workout at a gym.

Being around other people who have a better body type might lower your self-esteem.

It isnt nessasarry to work at a gym when you can run/walk around the neighborhood or ride a bike.
