Bring joy to the neighborhood summary
KatRina [158]

Answer:

Joy is a state of mind. The neighborhood where you are raised is the place where you can make a difference. Showing respect for their right to privacy is one way to be a good neighbor. When a person brings joy to the neighbors around him, he is being a positive person and one that cares about their neighbors. There are several ways to bring joy to your neighborhood: Let's say a person is sick, you can visit him either to take some hot soup or to see how you can help. If you do a BBQ dinner, invite some neighbors to come over and have fun with you. Or if you prefer, just take them a plate. A simple task of just going and saying Hi and asking how they are doing will bring joy to your neighbors, you never know if they need to talk to someone or have some company. A short talk is all it takes to get to know better your neighbors. Sometimes we don't even know their names or if they have children, if they work or not. Being a helping hand and a good neighbor is going to make your neighbors appreciate you and be joyful and a positive influence, thus making a difference in other people's lives.

Paragraph form, outline what a healthy lifestyle might look like.
slega [8]

Answer: A healthy life style means taking care of your body. Eating healthy foods is an important way to keep your body healthy and helping it grow. A healthy diet goes hand in hand with a healthy exercise routine. Exercise is also a crucial part of a healthy lifestyle. Without exercise, your body will not grow properly. Junk food is OK some times but it should not be something one eats every day. It should be a once in a while treat. One tip for a healthy lifestyle is enjoying being healthy. Your emotional health is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.  If you are healthy but you view it as a chore, you aren't going to be very healthy emotionally.

Arturiano [62]

The answer is:

She is intrinsically motivated by her belief that children should obey their parents.

In the passage from " Two Kinds," by Amy Tan, the narrator describes how her Chinese mother expects her to become a pianist and forces her to play the piano. Raised in America, the narrator stands between liberty and her mother's traditional Chinese oppression, which expects daughters to obey their parents and take their advice.
