In order for South and Southeast Asia to be able to clean up the air and the water they can do this measures:

1. Oblige all companies to put filters;

The governments should be very strict and force all companies to put filters, so that the polluters can be filtered out, thus reduce the pollution significantly.

2. Oblige all companies to do the process of water reclamation;

All companies use water, and the governments should force all of them (that release polluted water that is) to perform the process of water reclamation, so that the water can be purified before returned to the water bodies.

3. Oblige everyone to plant a new tree on the place where an old tree was cut;

The deforestation is a huge problem. All companies that are in the timber industry, as well as every individual, should be forced to plant a new tree on the place of the one that has been taken down, if not to put big charges upon them.

4. Improve the public cervices for gathering the garbage;

The public services for gathering the garbage are not doing their job properly at all. There should be more people employed, more garbage cans and large containers placed, as well as the cleaning of the streets to be a regular site.

5. Recycle and pay for the waste;

Most of the people living in these regions are poor, so there can be a government project where all the waste that can be recycled will be gathered and recycled, plus to pay the people some symbolic amount of money for certain amount of waste they bring in. That's a win-win situation.
