A quality of life is subjective to the person, which is why it is highly individualized. It solely depends on how a person handles life through the positive and negative events that occur. It perceives life's level of satisfaction with friends, family, education and everything that defines life.
In 1882, Congress passed the Chinese Exclusion Act, which, per the terms of the Angell Treaty, suspended the immigration of Chinese laborers (skilled or unskilled) for a period of 10 years. The Act also required every Chinese person traveling in or out of the country to carry a certificate identifying his or her status as a laborer, scholar, diplomat, or merchant. The 1882 Act was the first in American history to place broad restrictions on immigration.
The Law states that the Senate has all the power to try to impeach the president.
So the senate can make a case to impeach the president.
The Law also states that the House of Representatives has the only power to impeach the president.
Malaysia and Singapore relations are special and unique due to things such as Geography, History, politics, ideology, economy, culture and ethnicity.
