how various enviromental factors contributed to the development of varied patterns of migration from 1750 to 1900
BlackZzzverrR [31]

An increase in the population led to a demand for more goods which eventually led to the use of machines to make production faster and more efficient.

The industrial revolution changed the global economy from 170 to 1900 as it went through different stages of industrialization. The steam engine made it possible to take advantage of resources from fossil fuels, especially coal. The need for raw materials for factories led colonies to export in exchange for manufacturing goods.

Long-distance migration expanded greatly during this time period. The reasons in some ways were simple: the world population grew and transportation methods advanced. Most migrants were moving within or from Europe and Asia and many were laborers.

How is the 15th amendment a step beyond the 14th amendment
umka2103 [35]

Following its ratification by the requisite three-fourths of the states, the 15th Amendment, granting African-American men the right to vote, is formally adopted into the U.S. Constitution. Passed by Congress the year before, the amendment reads, “the right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.” One day after it was adopted, Thomas Peterson-Mundy of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, became the first African American to vote under the authority of the 15th Amendment.

(It gave black men "previous slaves" the right to vote)
