The constitution has changed greatly. The vote extension has been amended since initially it was only granted to only land holder but it has been granted to many people regardless of being a land holder or not. Voting rights has also be extended to all people despite their gender which was not the case in the past.

The judiciary has also laid more equal rights of amending of the constitution, for instance the policy of alluding marriage was only determined by the state, and abolishing abortions and getting married to the whites, whoever the changes gives people freedom of choosing the kind of life they wish to live.
