1. Maintain her fitness plan

2.Keep a fruit in her lunch bag

3.Fast off of sweets for a week

4.Go to the gym and use her membership card.

Its is important to write down her goals because this is the way she keeps herself motivated to accomplishing those goals that she has set.

Honestly it does because hearing how motivated this board of her goals keep her is amazing because she wake's up in the moring to seeing this board that keeps her in high spirits.
