The statement that " I do not trust police officers to keep me safe" could show that jurors might not be able to treat the case fairly.

Explanation

 • Jurors are those individuals who are selected and sworn to render n impartial verdict to any case which has been submitted to them by the court of law. These jurors collectively make a group of learned individuals who give their insight regarding any trail or litigation presented in the law court. These groups of individuals are called a jury.
 • The concept of Jury was conceptualized in England and is an integral part of the American Legal System. The role of the jury is to give very patience and keen listening to the court's proceedings and examine the evidence. Once that is done they are responsible for giving out their unbiased and impartial inference which can be either in support or against the litigant. The three basic qualities of a juror or the Jury are that they have to be fair and impartial, knowledge about the case and ability and skill to give their verdict.
 • The interview process for juror selection is very systematic and have three-stage such as setting up master list, summoning the venire and conducting voir dire. In the given case out here, if the juror states that he or she doesn't trust police officers to keep him or her safe, it would very certainly exemplify and prove that the juror would not be able to treat the case fairly. since there are trust issues and that also with law keepers. When the juror says that he or she doesn't trust police officers, who are responsible for safeguarding our freedom and safety, the very next moment the juror's approach becomes extremely superficial and weak. It exemplifies that the juror is filled with prejudice with regard to the credibility of police officers and that he or she would not be able to treat the case fairly.

Which fictional character would you allude to? Why?
Dvinal [7]

Answer:

I would allude to Elizabeth Bennet's "Pride and Prejudice".

Explanation:

The word "allude" means to make a brief reference to something or someone. In that case I imagine that I would like to write a text where I have alluded to Elizabeth Bennet of "Pride and Prejudice". That's because she represents a strong female character with her own ideas and strong reasoning at a time when women were discouraged from thinking by themselves and exposing their ideas.

This character would fit very well as a reference in a text on the right and respect for women.

Sergeeva-Olga [200]

Selecting “exergaming is a healthy activity” for the topic in this lecture was a good idea because

The correct answer is d. All of these

 • Exergaming embrace all of these key points. A teacher might be curious about a tool that is bringing good health to young people across the globe. Why? Because exergaming answers the question, “How do I get my son to work out?” Before exergaming, players were playing games with passive roles, like staying in a chair all day long, now they play and exercise at the same time, without bringing so many health issues. Its weaknesses are more related to not being fully exploited, this is that the population that play exergames are mostly youngsters. In addition, exergames are too expensive; they take time to be developed. It is also believed that science and industry have to work more hand in hand to effectively develop exergames. This is that exergames are not as commercial as they should be nowadays.
