Answer:

C. "Love Infinite," by Rabindranath Tagore

Explanation:

Free verse is a style of poem writting where metrics and rhyme schemes are not really taking into consideration, the writer just writes what he wants to express and he can do it the lenght he desires and each verse is as long or as short as he wants, he can rhyme the ending of the verses, or he can not, he can make rhymes inside the verses, but the main characteristic of the free verse is that it does not have a standar structure. Love infinite by Rabinadranath Tagore has a single 12 versed paragraph, all verses are different in length, some of them rhyme, some others do not rhyme with any other, this is way it is a free verse.

What does the title of "from the dark tower" suggest about the poem?
Lemur [1.5K]
It suggests that the poem is very heavy, and that there is not a whole lot of joy. you can make an inference that it could be about someone in a tower, stuck up there with no one and nothing. hope that helps!

What is the author’s response to the claim that Shakespeare “never owned a book”? What tone does he use in his response? Support
GaryK [48]

Based on the excerpt, it can be deduced that the response of the author was that Shakespeare owned books and he used a humorous tone as he pointed out facts by using humor.

Bill Bryson mocked that author of Shakespeare never owned a book. He stated that even though the author stated that attention wasn't paid to the books that he wrote in his biography, it doesn't mean that he didn't write a book.

Bill Bryson stated further that he was an actor, theoretical producer, and a citizen of Stratford. He stated that he owned books as she was a literate.

In conclusion, he also supported his arguments as he stated that he was clever and had some standing as a poet and playwright.
