If we think about our day to day life we will observe that major problems which can be termed as big are very few and come rarely, like big diseases, accidents, environmental calamities etc.

However what troubles us most in day to day life are small things like dispute initiating arguments, delays, small disagreements, frustrations, annoyance etc, the things that are commonly referred to as Hassles.

A study was made where 261 patients having headaches, colds, backaches and such short-term illnesses were observed for the cause behind these problems. The researchers found that most of the patients were suffering from no other cause than daily hassles which were seriously effecting their day to day life in form of all time minor health problems. Therefore, it seems important to minimize the unnecessary hassles in everyday life through suitable psychological counselling as well as techniques like yoga and meditation to improve health.
