The information that William gives is likely biased because it will be based on what he will be told to say.

William is paid to market the company hence he will be influenced by personal opinion that the company holds and he will share the values of the company which are based on the opinions of that company.

The research need to give ideas that are not individually based or influenced by personal feelings and opinions but which are objective or only facts.
