The next eclipse in the Saros cycle will be at 22nd of August 2017.

What is an eclipse?

Eclipse is an astronomical phenomenon marked by the total or partial darkening of a star due to the passage of some celestial body in front of a light source. There are two categories of eclipse: the solar eclipse and the lunar eclipse.
With that being said it is possible to notice that all eclipses are happening with an interval of 18 years. So as the last eclipse was in 1999, the next one will be in 2017. As for the day, it is possible to notice that they are happening 11 days after the last one. So as the last one was in 11th of August, the next one will be in 22nd of August.

Living systems are open self-organizing life forms that interact with their environment. These systems are maintained by flows of information, energy and matter. Some scientists have proposed in the last few decades that a general living systems theory is required to explain the nature of life.
1) F = m.a
Here, F= 99N, a = 12.5 m/s^2
m = F/a
m = 99/12.5
m = 7.92 Kg
Electrophoresis separates polypeptide chains and DNA chains

specific sites. Genetic testing involves checking genetic
disorders by evaluating DNA sequences or protein amino acid sequences. By using
restriction enzymes to cut DNA or polypeptides at specific sites, then run them
on an electrophoresis, bands will form that will help indicate whether one has an
abnormal sequence at the target site. If so, further analysis is used to
determine the sequence by use of next-generation sequencing machines
