Our society is changing fast so we made new words because of it, it is simply to denote discrete subdivisions of the human race, when a newer generation comes in they will be part of a subdivision no matter what color, race, etc. It is something that can not be changed. It is necessary for people because they believe the new words are something to call people that are different from each other so they separate them by names for their color and or race.
