He enters a salon, and there, he is challenged by Black Eyed Jed to a duel. Before leaving the salon, Michael sees another Sheriff coming in, and orders Michael to follow him. They both run away, but they were being followed by villains, who shot the Sheriff and the game ends. He gets a message reading “I’m Sebastian Shultz, try plaing Dragon Quest”.
The meaning of this oxymoron refers to the hypocrisy of the government and its corporate governance by claiming that all citizens are created equal but continuously provide special privileges and power towards the elites, implying that true equality is a false ideology that doesn’t genuinely exist regardless of the fabricated lie that those in power claim is there.
He was upset because Renee was supposed to do the heavy (yell and scream at Bella for making bad choices) but doesn't. So Charlie went moping around till the wedding came so technically he was upset that Renee hadn't rat Bella out.
