How much of our total body weight is water? 30-50 percent 40-60 percent 50-70 percent 60-80 percent?
laila [671]
50-70%. At the age of 1, percentage is around 65%. In adult men, 60% of their bodies is water. 55% of adult women's weight is water due to fat not holding as much water as lean tissue; fat makes up more of women's bodies than men.

Put the steps of transcription in order
Komok [63]

Answer:

1. RNA polymerase binds to the promoter.

2. DNA strands are unwound and separated

3. The complementary RNA nucleotides are added.

Take a look at the attached picture. First, the RNA polymerase must bind to the promoter region to initiate the whole process. DNA must be unwound by DNA helicase, then it will make the RNA transcript, which consists of adding the complementary RNA nucleotides to the DNA strand. Then the transcript leaves the nucleus and begins translation.
