The Reagan Administration began from 20th January 1981 to 20th January 1989.

Under this administration, massive build up was made for the military and spending was higher than the previous administration.

Defense spending were $339.6 Million in 1981 and reached its highest peak in 1987 with amount of $456.5 Billion (projected 2005 dollars).

These amounts were spent on reviving defense programs and creating new ones like B-1 bomber program, Perishin II missiles, and Strategic Defense Initiative.

While the administration have enough budgets for these programs, the funds for its troops, maintenanc, and training decreased.

koban [17]

I believe the answer is:

random sample of the town's population

A mix of participants that reflect your town's makeup

Random sample is needed in order to ensure that the researchers do not obtain only the subjects that is close to them. Mix of participants is needed in order to ensure that the sample population are not taken from group with close similarties in behaviour.

Democrat or republican
Explain
⇒Just curious
Sedbober [7]

Answer:

I am a democrat.

Explanation:

I am what most people call a liberal, enlightened thinkers who wish for humankind to evolve in a better way both in knowledge and morals. Although i do not belive in god I do not go out of my way to disprove his existence or tell anyone else otherwise. Im a strong beliver in human rights for ALL humans which is a topic that sets us apart from republicans who are more conservative and racist. In my opinion, it is the wish of republicans to set back this country based on flawed logic and values that dehumanizes honest people everywhere.
