Liberty, in philosophy, involves free will as contrasted with determinism.[1] In politics, liberty consists of the social and political freedoms to which all community members are entitled. In theology, liberty is freedom from the effects of "sin, spiritual servitude, [or] worldly ties.

Generally, liberty is distinctly differentiated from freedom in that freedom is primarily, if not exclusively, the ability to do as one wills and what one has the power to do; whereas liberty concerns the absence of arbitrary restraints and takes into account the rights of all involved. As such, the exercise of liberty is subject to capability and limited by the rights of others.

BEST ANSWER GETS BRAINLEIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who ruled oligarchy?
KonstantinChe [14]
Hey there!

An oligarchy is/was a powerful from of government. It was ruled by any sort of group of powerful people - aristocrats, wealthy landowners, or anyone that had lots of money, power, and influence.

Often in ancient times, they were aristocrats. They made laws that benefitted themselves and the trend was often that the poor lost more wealth, and the riched gained more - as oligarchs passed laws to benefit the rich.

Some argue that even today, countries like Russia and those that don't have a complete democratic or republican government have oligarchs, although that's always arguable.

Hope this helps!

The map shows the physical features of Northern Africa. A map titled Physical Features of Northern Africa. A key shows Desert in
sineoko [7]

The correct answer is D) Western Desert.

The physical feature that is located west of the Libyan Desert is the so called “Western Desert.”

Indeed the Lybian desert is part of the famous Sahara Desert. The Lybian portion of the desert is divided into two, the Eastern part and the western part. It is considered to be the hottest and driest desert in the world. To the west of this desertic zone we also find the region known as the Ubari Sand Sea and Sabha. In this region of the desert there are also oases and mountains. It is not an easy place for people to live in and you really need to be a native expert in the region to succesfully cross the western desert.
