While, we can eliminate first person because it doesn't say me or I unless it is a quote or what she thought. We can also eliminate second person because the narrator isn't talking to the character about the story. So it must either be third person omniscient or third person limited. In the story we can see Lucy's thoughts, not just the narrator. The answer is third person omniscient because we know Lucy's feelings.
