This is an example of third person omniscient because we know what all characters are thinking. Hope this helped/ made sense.

While, we can eliminate first person because it doesn't say me or I unless it is a quote or what she thought. We can also eliminate second person because the narrator isn't talking to the character about the story. So it must either be third person omniscient or third person limited. In the story we can see Lucy's thoughts, not just the narrator. The answer is third person omniscient because we know Lucy's feelings.

It isn't. The point of a biography to make the most accurate retelling of someone's life. It's not up to you to make them seem like a good person.

While an autobiography is written by one's own self, they do have the ability to make themselves seem better than they really are, since they would be really only be the person who knows of it.
