For her phone service, Rita pays a monthly fee of $17, and she pays an additional $0.05 per minute of use. The least she has bee
Alona [7]

Answer:

Kindly check explanation

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the following :

Monthly fee = $17

Additional fee per unit of use = $0.05

Least amount she's been charged in a month = $83.90

Equation to represent the number of minutes 'M':

monthly fee + (additional fee per minute × M) = $83.90

Possible number of minutes :

83.90 ≤ $17 + 0.05M

$17 + $0.05 × M = $83.90

$0.05*M = $83.90 - $17

$0.05*M = $66.90

M = $66.90 / 0.05

M = 1,338 minutes

60 out of 300 is what percent?
ch4aika [34]

100%/x%=300/60(100/x)*x=(300/60)*x       - we multiply both sides of the equation by x100=5*x       - we divide both sides of the equation by (5) to get x100/5=x 20=x x=20
now we have: 60 is 20% of 300

Hope I helped!

What is the answer because am stuck
Anarel [89]

Answer:

30 Oranges!

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that for every 2 apples there are 3 oranges.

How many oranges would be there in a basket of 20 apples?

Since for every couple of apples we have 3 oranges we will calculate how many couples of apples are there in the basket.

Given there are 20 apples. This means that there are $ \frac{20}{2} $ = 10 pairs of apples.

Since for one pair we have three oranges, for 10 pairs we would have 3 X 10 = 30 oranges.

Therefore, we can conclude that the number of oranges in the bigger basket would be 30.

Which of them are functions and not functions?
elena-s [515]
Number 15 is the only function on the page because a function is when even input has a different output. so 2 numbers can’t be equal to the same output. 14 is the only one that fits that description. 13 implies that’s it’s not a function bc there are only 3 outputs (1,2, or 3) and there are 4 inputs meaning that every input will not have a different output making it not a function
