The Following concerned Truman about the events on the Korean Peninsula;

the use of armed forces to spread communism

the threat of a communist invasion of Taiwan (Formosa)

North Korea’s defiance of UN orders

the potential for instability in the Pacific area

Aka every answer choice except the first are correct. This can be proven by a quote from President Truman about Korea "(North Korea) has passed beyond the use of subversion to conquer independent nations and will now use armed invasion and war."

The correct answers are Communists' use of subversive tatics and The use of armed forces to spread communism.

During President Truman's admnistration, America was known for intervening whenever a communist outbreak surged. Communism was a major concern, given it threaten with the collapse of America's own political structure. Truman stood adamant with his tatics, even when his fellow citizens started to question his effort as the communists kept gaining victories on Eastern Europe and China.

The rest of the options were not a major concern to Harry Truman since:

 • Truman did not desire further conflicts with China, which is why he decided not to militarilly intervene on Formosa, even when his general, Douglas McArthur, suggested a declaration of war.
 • Truman's forces intervened in Korea with a UN sanction, but he wasn't necessarily driven by the thought of that institution collapsing.
 • Political instability wasn't an issue when it came to american military interventions, but only if these areas were threatened by communist influence.

In one hundred, discuss how the American people have responded to aid the Middle Eastern independence
crimeas [40]

There are many different trains of thought that lead Americans to their own mindset about the aid of Middle Eastern independence.

Generally speaking, there are many people who believe that the United States should be the Police of the world or the hero of smaller countries and help them since they have the power to do so.

Others believe that the United States has no rights of interfering in foreign affairs and should mind their own business.

There are those who just don't agree with the idea of sending kids to die for other countries as well, no matter why.

soldi70 [24.7K]
If you traveled to the Spanish city of Cordoba in the tenth century, you would find prosperous trading and religious center, a population larger than Paris, France and a cultural center for the region. The only thing that is not found is the third choice which states that Cordoba is a government free from Islamic influence.
