Physical contamination are foreign objects such as hair, fingernails, broken glasses , jewelries etc that are mixed with food. Although, it is important for a food handler who realizes that he is sick such as having fever, jaundice,wound while working to report such to his supervisor or manager,who will then take necessary action and to avoid risk of contamination; yet not the only cause of physical food contamination.

Physical contamination does not necessarily have to occur until the food handler is sick. It could be as a result of carelessness or not paying attention enough by the food handler . Physical contamination might not at all times cause injury or illness to the customer, yet such could bring discomfort to a customer who notices foreign objects in his food while eating. To avoid risk of physical food contamination, it is important for food handlers to keep jewelries to a minimum, wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly, wear hear neatly tied back, throw out and replace cracked, chipped, or broken dishware, glassware and equipment amongst others.

The food she ate is peanut butter and bread, the peanut is rich in protein while the bread is rich in carbohydrate which provides sugar (glucose) by breathing she gets oxygen in a sufficient amount to perform cellular respiration (aerobic) to carry out energy for running. Carbohydrates are a better choice of nutrients befors exercise as carbohydrates provide energy immediately.

Aerobic respiration provides a high amount of energy, 36 ATP to be specific, per cycle of cellular respiration.

2.  The carbohydrates (glucose) and oxygen she gets from food and breathing react together to perform aerobic cellular respiration to carry out maximum energy. By the digestive system and organs of this system, carbohydrates are broken down into glucose which is diffused into the blood.

Oxygen also diffused to blood from the lungs and heart with the help of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems of her body.

3. By the aerobic cellular respiration process takes place in the mitochondria of the cell helps in providing energy from glucose and oxygen by a three-step process:

Glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and oxidative phosphorylation. Here glucose reacts with oxygen. Which ultimately provide 36 ATP molecules for the cell in a run.

Great question!

Before genetic engineering, people who needed insulin to survive (diabetics) had to obtain their insulin from pancreases of pigs! When pigs were slaughtered, they removed the pancreas to take out the insulin. Expensive, time consuming - and for jews, not kosher! 

Genetic engineering changed all this - they have cloned the gene for human insulin into a plasmid which they then express in the bacterium Escherichia coli (E. coli). The E. coli makes A LOT of insulin this way - it's made in a stainless steel fermentor (think of how they brew beer) - and it is easily purified. So, now there is human insulin (not pig - so kosher!) and is made fast and cheap!!! No need to slaughter an animal for this anymore!
