The power of the police is the authority of states in the United States Constitutional Law, which is used to control conduct or maintain law and order within its jurisdiction that improve the health, protection, ethical, and public welfare of their people. This constitution law provides the full authority for all the government to control other matters affecting its people if they are not restricted by the Legislation, in which consumers have the right to control health, safety, wellbeing, and morality.
