Answer:

The Roman empire was a republic before Caesar took over.

Explanation:

By the time rome had won the Punic Wars they had acquired so much land the government could not keep all the citizens in check. The factors that played into the fall of the republic were due to the widespread land that Rome ran. Rome had to build several large armies that could keep the different regions in check. each army had a general the was in charge and in time the armies became more loyal to the generals that ran them than to the republic of Rome. The Consuls, The Senate, and The Assembly were the three branches of the republic, in that specific order from most important to least important. There were only two counsels who made the big decisions, there were five hundred senet whom which the counsel were selected from. and there was the assembly who could voice their opinions on political matters, but had no actual power. The assembly were all the citizens. In times of great need like in a war, someone would be selected to be a dictator and make all the decisions. he served a six month term only.

List of power in Europe in the 18 century
USPshnik [31]

The European balance of power referred to European international relations before the First World War, which evolved into the present states of Europe. The Nineteenth Century political concept emerged at the Peace of Paris in 1815. It is often known by the term European State System. Its basic tenet is that no single European power should be allowed to achieve hegemony over a substantial part of the continent and that this is best curtailed by having a small number of ever-changing alliances contend for power.

How did japan develop a trade surplus in the decades after world war ii?
horsena [70]
Japan had to spend very little on defense because the U.S. was providing protection for them at the time. Japan had a skilled workforce and experience in industrialization, and that allowed the country to quickly rebuild after the war. The exports of Japan were of very high quality, and the government put high tariffs on imports, stimulating an export industry.

How was life in 1935 for kids different than today's "kids" life?
RideAnS [48]

Answer:

The explanation is the answer

Explanation:

When they weren't working, families found time to have fun, with neighbors, friends, relatives and each other. With little money to spend on entertainment, families enjoyed new board games such as "Monopoly" and "Scrabble" which were first sold during the 1930s. Neighbors got together to play card games such as whist, pinochle, canasta and bridge.

And now kids are stuck on electronics.
