You need to use mas/menos que and simply compare two types of music. For example, la musica rock es mas interesante que la musica classica. (Sorry my spelling probably sucks and I can’t type accents on my keyboard). You would simply change out the types of music and use different adjectives to state your opinions on the types of music.
