The right way to find slope would be to use the rise/run method. For instance for the bottom line take the first dot, rise 7 and run to the right 6. So your slope for the bottom line is 7/6. Now do the same for your top line. I'll start at the bottom dot 6 and run right 6. If your slopes are the same that'd mean they were parallel. So no they are not parallel
